Your First 30 Days at Henry Schein NZ

In order to help you make a smooth transition to your new surroundings, we have developed some guidelines for your reference during your first few months at work. Please feel free to contact your Manager or Human Resources should you require further clarification in any of these areas.   You will have access to the below links once you start with HSNZ.

Did your two week induction include all the people you wanted to meet? Discuss with your Manager whom it would be helpful for you to have an induction meeting within your Department and, if applicable, whom you should meet with outside of your Department. It’s important to listen, observe, and ask questions to enhance your knowledge of your position and the organization.   Meet with and observe as many different people and situations as possible.
  • Your Manager will help connect you to the correct contact and you can set up an induction meeting with any key stakeholders who were not in your two week induction schedule.
  • See the Key Discussion Guide to help you get the best out of your discussion.
